Using blended materials of 92%-93% natural quartz grains, pigments and polymer resins, the manufacturing process is done by professional and well-trained staff members to ensure the quality and productivity. The process meets the strict standards and includes the following:
Quartz Countertops Manufacturing Process
Color Selection:Customers such as project owners, designers or operators first will choose colors among our collections
Color Match:If customers, designers or operators already have a favorite color, they will provide the sample to us to do the color matching
Shop Drawing:We will provide Shop Drawings for reference
Pricing:Once a color is determined, and Detailed Drawings are provided, Bestone will give pricing immediately
Fabrication:All blank slabs will be fabricated into Kitchen Tops or Vanity Tops according to the confirmed drawings
Quality Control:Quality Control is carried out before fabrication, during fabrication and after fabrication
Packing:Quartz Tops will be cleaned and packed into strong wood crates in a certain criterion or as the customer’s request
